Refund policy

Return Policy:

Purchaser has 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for an exchange or refund. In order to be eligible for this the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for all refunds. Once received item(s) will be inspected, reviewed and then approved for refund. We will notify you of the accepted refund and it will be issued to the original method of payment.

Price Protection:

BrainCo offers a Price Protection Guarantee on all FocusCalm device purchases.  If within 14 days of your purchase, the FocusCalm device is offered by BrainCo for a lower price than you paid, you are entitled to that lower price.  In order to take advantage of this Price Protection Guarantee, you must notify BrainCo at support@brainco.tech before the end of the 14 day period after your purchase.

This Price Protection Guarantee does not extend to FocusCalm devices sold by third parties, offers of free shipping or the waiver of other fees, or to lower prices that are not available to the general public.

Customers may only take advantage of this Price Protection Guarantee once.
