Habituation, or habit-forming, describes the processs of developing a repetitive discipline around a positive action to improve how we think or react to certain scenarios over time.


Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally. Mindfulness allows us to be more intentional in our actions and thoughts.


Neurofeedback is receiving positive reinforcement for getting the mind into a calm state. Because our brains can change over time (neuroplasticity), neurofeedback offers lower stress, more efficient mental processing and greater feelings of well-being.
