None of our products, including FocusClam, transmit any raw biometric data to our servers.
The applications process user EEG and IMU biometric signals locally on user’s device and are automatically deleted after each session.
Our company's technology and products are designed and intended strictly for civilian use.
They are not used by, developed for, or supplied to the military of any country.
We have no collaboration of any kind with any military in any country.
We do not share nor provide user data to any government, of any country, under any arrangement.
In response to malicious online reports, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
