None of our products, including FocusCalm, transmit any raw biometric data from users (including athletes) to our servers. The applications process user EEG and IMU biometric signals locally on the user's device and are automatically purged after each session.
Our company's technology and products are designed and intended strictly for civilian use. They are not used by, developed for, or supplied to the military of any country. We have no collaboration of any kind with any military in any country.
We do not share nor provide user data to any government, of any country, under any arrangement.
In response to malicious online reports, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
Assured Information Solutions, LLC, an independent U.S.-based cybersecurity consulting and audit firm, has completed an Agreed Upon Principles (AUP) compliance audit of BrainCo's systems, which concludes that BrainCo user's biometric data (i.e. EEG data) is processed securely on local devices and is not transmitted to any external servers.
